Service Contracts

We stand behind our equipment. We offer full service maintenance agreements on all machines we sell. We also offer service contracts on many makes and models of copiers and fax machines located in our service area. Contact us for rates. Some of the contract options available are:

• Full Coverage: This type of service agreement includes all parts and labor necessary to properly maintain your equipment, including: drums, developer, cleaning blades, etc. The only item not included is toner. A service agreement that includes toner is also available. Full coverage agreements are a benefit to customers who want to maintain a fixed cost of operation for their equipment - and for higher volume customers.

• Labor Only: This type of coverage includes all service calls necessary for cleaning, maintenance, and parts replacement. All parts and supplies are at an additional cost. This type of contract appeals to our lower volume customers who still want their office equipment well maintained.
